Carin & Henrietta – Norrköping, Sweden – October 13th, 2018

Wedding films
28 december, 2019

From the day Henrietta booked me for their wedding, I knew this was gonna be a very special day. She told me a lot about her and Carin, about their personalities and their life together. So I went into this day knowing it would be relaxed and easy-going. But my expectations were outdone. From the moment I sat my foot in the hair saloon where both of them were getting ready (in separate parts, so they wouldn’t see each other before their first look, how cute is that?) I felt like a friend with a camera. Meeting Carin, who I hadn’t had any contact with before the wedding and feeling her warmth and nervousness about wearing a dress, something she never does. And how amazing she looked after putting that black dress on. How she was practically amazed by herself. All while Henrietta was all bubbly nervous, happy and gorgeous, surrounded by her beautiful sisters.

From that, through a wonderful first look, to karaoke in the car, to portraits and smoke bombs and crashing my drone into a tree, to a fantastic ceremony in a fantastic church (where I tripped over seven chairs and made the whole ceremony stop for a second), amazing song performances in the church, to a best man popping the confetti canon right down on his feet, arriving to the reception in a helicopter, more smoke boms and then finish off with a dinner with heart warming speeches, a saxophonist, a magical first dance and I party I will never forget. I have never before (or after) seen so many people dance at a wedding party. Like, literally, EVERYONE danced. And there where shoes hanging from the roof.

From that day on Carin and Henrietta are my friends. They have been models at mine and Michaela Zabels workshops, they have been to a great party at my house and we write each other almost every week. From clients to friends. Friends for life. I love them.

Emelie & Andreas – Kalmar, Sweden – December 29th, 2018
A fairytale wedding with Disney and Hollywood all over the place – here it is! Emelie and Andreas wedding day in Kalmar on the Swedish east coast had it ALL. The princess dress, the Disney songs, the Dirty Dancing-dance, the sparklers, the Disney castle CAKE and the golden light that you could only wish for. But you know, in fairytales all you wish for come true.

Fancy a French château wedding? Well, here it is. In the end of July, on a Tuesday, Parshin got her Eric at one of the most beautiful locations I've been to. Château la Durantie is probably a dream place for anyone at any moment – to just stand in front of it is a breathtaking experience. And inside there are so much history and fantastic details to enjoy. This is where Parshin and Eric had their preparations. Parshin with her bubbly bridesmaids in one part of the château and Eric in the other. Every detail was thought through. From the macarons, to the love letter and string quartet playing at the ceremony. Starting with a somewhat tra ...

Jelena & Nicola – Bari – June 9th, 2017
Jelena and Nicola, just wow. These two people know how to have a good time. Seriously. This wedding was fun from the first moment to the last one. In Sweden, where I'm from, weddings are often traditional - sometimes with a little twist - but still traditional. Well, maybe this wedding was traditional Italian style, but it was completely new to me. I loved how the band started playing directly after the first course - people were dancing, tossing the bride and groom in the air, how the basilica was beyond every other church in Sweden, how 1/3 of the wedding stopped at a gas station on the way from the ceremony to the reception to dance ...
