Jenny & Johan – Säfsen – January 27th, 2018

Wedding films
5 april, 2018

Jenny wrote to me just a few weeks before the wedding, not having very high hopes that I could film their wedding. But at least she wanted to ask, she wrote. But even with a short notice we made things happen and I am so glad we did!

Jenny is fireworks. She is one of the most pure people I’ve met. Her laughter and her kindness is heartwarming. Johan says when he describes her that ”she is caring and always makes sure everyone else is taken care of” and that is exactly my experience of her.

Johan, on the other hand, is what you would see if you took a dictionary and looked up the word ”calm”. (Or if you google it, it’s 2018 now…) He is the anchor that makes Jenny feel secure. He is wise and caring and even though he promised me I would never see him cry, I did. 😉

There is no doubt that the two of them will live their lives side by side ’til they’re grey and old. It just doesn’t get more right than this.

Parshin & Eric – Château la Durantie, France – July 24th, 2018
Fancy a French château wedding? Well, here it is. In the end of July, on a Tuesday, Parshin got her Eric at one of the most beautiful locations I've been to. Château la Durantie is probably a dream place for anyone at any moment – to just stand in front of it is a breathtaking experience. And inside there are so much history and fantastic details to enjoy. This is where Parshin and Eric had their preparations. Parshin with her bubbly bridesmaids in one part of the château and Eric in the other. Every detail was thought through. From the macarons, to the love letter and string quartet playing at the ceremony. Starting with a somewhat tra ...

Ida & Andreas – Västerås, Sweden – July 28th, 2018
This is a story about a family from Västerås. Not just about a bride and groom, not just about two people in love, but about a solid, beautiful and warm unit with a mother, a father and two daughters. Ida contacted me on Facebook almost one year before their wedding day. She was interested in having a videographer for their wedding, but she was very open with the groom needed to be "worked" on before anything could be settled. The inquiry was "only" for three hours, which I don't book that far in advance, but the wedding was taking place in a city where I used to live, I was gonna have a lot of full day weddings around the date and I also ...

Josefin & Douglas – Glasgow – September 30th, 2017
What can I say... It Wass fall 2016, when Frida and I had a competition, were you could win us coming to your wedding. We were secretly hoping to get a fun and special wedding, maybe far up in Sweden. Something extra. Josefin entered the competition and we landed with a wedding in Scotland. My God, Scotland is a dream for almost everyone and we got it! During the year from the competition up until the wedding I got to know Josefin and she is the kind of woman you secretly envy. Not because she's breathtakingly beautiful (well, a little that too), but because she is both so freaking gently and kind and knows what she wants at the same ti ...
