This day. Wow.
I went with my assistant and friend Matilda to Copenhagen a warm summer day, knowing we were gonna miss Swedens game against Germany in World Cup (football). When Sweden finally made it to the World Cup we were gonna miss one of the games for a wedding in Denmark. Well. ”Just suck it up” was everything we could say and we went over Öresundsbron, that connects Sweden and Denmark.
Ok. We already knew that this wedding was gonna be fantastic. The connection with Margaux was so smooth and easy from day one and we felt so relaxed going, cause we know that they had chosen us specifically for our style. Matilda on video and me, for the first time on a full day, on photo. So we felt pretty confident and that we had everything on our side.
From the moment we stepped into the preparations in Margaux’s mothers apartment we felt the love. The warm, caring and kind feeling that surrounded the whole apartment and the people in it went straight through our bodies and we just felt ”this will be kick ass awesome”.
Look at Margaux. See her beauty. And know that the inside is 100 times more beautiful. See Christopher. See how he looks at her. See his smile. And know that he makes her smile everyday, all day. See their mothers, the strong women bringing this amazing couple up and growing stronger together through the times of losing both their fathers in a short amount of time. See Margaux’s sister and how important she is to them. See the peacock. See the supporting and happy friends. See them.
I saw them. And I didn’t care about the football (ok, I did, but not that much). Since that day Margaux and Christopher are our friends and we kinda pray that their unmarried friends hire us in the future, so we can meet this wonderful crew again.
Thank you.
